Bass Pro Shops in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, customer service, and daily operations. You will direct staff, manage schedules, train teammates, and ensure a positive, store-wide environment while achieving sales and service goals.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales, some supervisory experience, and strong communication and product knowledge. Competitive starting pay and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Support achievement of sales, gross margin, inventory, and payroll goals.
• Prepare to-do / task lists and execute merchandising directives.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing as set by Corporate.
• Ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for customers.
• Staff the department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviews and training; assist with performance appraisals and scheduling.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct staff demos.
