Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Fishing Team Lead to guide a department, drive sales, and manage daily operations. You will coach staff, ensure accurate merchandising, and maintain inventory integrity to deliver a premium customer experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail and strong interpersonal and numerical skills. A high school diploma is required, with competitive pay and full-time benefits offered by Bass Pro Shops.

Formación

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supports GSM/DM in achieving Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals.
• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Prepares to-do / Task lists.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams as set by Corporate Office.
• Ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assists in staffing, interviewing, training, schedules, and coaching of associates.
• Resolves customer and associate opportunities with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Maintains a high level of personal Customer Service; achieves better than average customer service results.
• Remains product expert through training; conducts product demos to staff.
• Assists with Special Events; pricing, UPC integrity, inventory accuracy, and display/pricing of advertised items.
• Assists in Supervisory responsibilities per company policies and laws.
