You’ll own department signage, stock levels, and smooth operations, collaborating with store leadership and teammates. Strong customer service and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lead by example and work well within a team.
• Familiarity with retail computer systems, Microsoft Office, or Teams is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent service to every customer in store and online orders.
• Answer questions, locate merchandise, and assist with orders.
• Promote rewards program and help customers sign up.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of promotions.
• Conduct counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Receive, stock, and merchandise products in assigned department(s).
• Ensure department signage is accurate and up to date.
• Open and/or close the store and serve as a trusted keyholder.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store leadership.
• Flex schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
