This role supports store leadership and requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and reliability. The Department Lead will own performance metrics for their department, participate in seasonal resets, and ensure a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and work well within a team.
• Familiarity with retail computer systems and software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to every customer.
• Answer questions, locate merchandise, and assist with orders.
• Promote rewards programs and enroll customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of promotions.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory.
• Receive, stock, and merchandise products in the department.
• Ensure accurate department signage.
• Keep sales floor and stock areas clean and organized.
• Support store leadership and open/close as needed.
• Monitor safety and prevent theft; communicate with teammates.
