A day in the life includes coordinating Omni-channel customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial presentation, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining accurate admin routines for people and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in store according to global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department opportunities with the Department Manager and act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided across all store areas and promote products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain admin routines for people and operations.
