Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to support sales and profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in the department and store. You’ll lead a team in accordance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements.

A day includes coaching staff, ensuring merchandising and product knowledge, managing operations, and promoting loyalty programs while maintaining store presentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in-store with visual and commercial presentation.
• Promote the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and drive sales.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas and promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain fitting room, checkout routines, and admin processes for people and operations.
• Lead the team in merchandising, stock levels, price signs, and store presentation.
• Open & close the store daily and ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
