Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience and visual/merchandising per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service across all store areas and promote products to customers.
• Promote loyalty program usage and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee fitting room and checkout routines and maintain store admin processes.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and store colleagues on planning and execution.
• Open/close duties and maintain clean, organized store operations.
