Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring to train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service/sales experience, and strong communication skills. You will lead coaching, manage merchandising, and support store operations, including safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure a highly attentive and accurate level of customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Manage merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates.
• Operate forklift proficiency testing and certification where required.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections; process POS transactions and returns.
