Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Model and uphold the company’s core values and SOPs.
• Teach and apply the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Direct and support product sales specialists to deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure accurate merchandise placement, pricing, and showroom organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Assist customers with questions and product selections; process checkout and refunds per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays; create price tags and signs.
