Job summary

SPS Commerce Inc. is seeking a Retail Insights Manager (Sales Engineer) to serve as the customer-facing SME on deductions, chargebacks, and compliance.

You’ll work with Account Executives and Account Managers, leading demos and data presentations to translate retailer knowledge into compelling business cases. The role is highly external and sales-facing, with hybrid or remote work options in the United States, and a salary range of $79,900–$119,900 USD plus commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in supplier side deductions/chargebacks.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, retail, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Deep retailer knowledge across major retailers is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos and data presentations across the full sales cycle.
• Translate retailer insights into compelling ROI stories for CFO-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to advance deals and close revenue.
• Serve as SME on deduction codes, compliance programs, and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver webinars and enablement content to support Revenue Recovery.
