Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a remote Deductions Coordinator to manage and validate customer deductions across retail accounts, ensuring TPM accuracy and protecting revenue. You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to obtain backup and resolve discrepancies.

The role supports monthly close activities, analyze deduction patterns, and identify process improvements. A background in TPM, ERP systems, and Excel is required for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree and minimum two (2) years of experience in deductions management, trade promotions, or accounts receivable, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG.
• Working knowledge of TPM systems and common trade mechanics (off-invoice, scan-backs, bill-backs, deductions).
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV/Business Central, NetSuite) and Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency with cash application, credit memo processing, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Education matching alternatives or experience in retail/vendor portals and EDI documentation a plus.

• Review, audit, and validate customer deductions for trade promotions and pricing discrepancies.
• Research deduction backup and disputes to resolve unauthorized deductions.
• Maintain TPM records and monitor aging to minimize revenue leakage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to obtain backup and resolve issues.
• Support monthly close by reconciling deduction activity and accrual balances.
