Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Analytics professional to drive analyses, reporting, and data solutions across Revenue segments. You will craft narratives for stakeholders and build tools to scale data usage while collaborating with internal teams and external merchants.

The role emphasizes SQL, data visualization (Sigma/Looker/Tableau), and AI-enabled analytics, with a remote-first setup and strong growth opportunities in a payment tech leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
• Understanding or a demonstrated aptitude to learn Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and influence stakeholders.
• Effective communication to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organization and execution skills; able to drive multiple initiatives.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with partners.
• Self-starter with track record of end-to-end project delivery.
• Passion to disrupt retail and lending industry; diligent and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution with analyses; communicate findings to partners.
• Be data SME for Revenue segments and merchants for point-of-sale and Marketplace.
• Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and run experiments.
• Develop internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and drive recommendations.
• Standardize use cases and automate analyses and dashboards to scale decisions.
• Define KPIs and methodologies; work with data sources to generate insights.
