Job summary

Michaels Fairfax store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. Team members will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining shelves through planograms to keep the store in stock and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, enrolling customers in Private Label Credit Cards, engaging in VOC surveys, and supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and provide solutions.
• Willingness to learn SOPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers about VOC surveys and gather feedback.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; manage returns and go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to company SOPs.
