Job summary

The Michaels store in Front Royal, VA is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in rewards programs, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and following SOPs while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain merchandise through returns/go-back and store recovery activities
• Execute Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and Company programs; interact respectfully; project a positive image
