Job summary

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain store in-stock and well-merchandised; handle returns/go backs
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies
