Michaels in Virginia Beach is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping the store well merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in the Rewards program, enrolling them in Private Label Credit Cards, and supporting omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Maintain fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; keep store recovered and in stock.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote a positive store image.
• Other duties as assigned.
