Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service in-store.
• Assist customers and help locate products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies.
