Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to multitask and assist customers in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards program and enrollments (Private Label Credit Card).
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandising and recovery tasks.
• Support store safety programs and SOP compliance.
