The Michaels Companies in DET-CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading stock, restocking, and keeping the floor well organized to meet our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include engaging customers about our rewards program, supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, participating in planograms, and maintaining in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep shelves stocked and store clean.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in planograms and maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
