Job summary

The Michaels Companies Temecula store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products and completing purchases. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store standards while engaging customers with the rewards program and Omni-channel processes.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in store and provide solutions.
• Support cashiering and cash handling to company standards.
• Perform truck unloading, stocking, planogram and merchandise recovery.
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; handle returns and go-backs.
