Job summary

Michaels Stores in Northville, MI is seeking a store team member to help customers shop and complete transactions. You will assist with stocking, product location, and store recovery to keep the floor in-stock and well-merchandised.

The role involves assisting customers with rewards programs, participating in omnichannel processes, and supporting safety and shrink programs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Assist with Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
