Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff
• Support training needs and adherence to labor laws
