Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coach store associates in Columbus, GA, delivering fast, accurate service and an exceptional customer experience. You will guide POS, cash handling, training on standards, and inventory tasks while ensuring operational efficiency and loss prevention.

Must be 18+, with flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include supervising transactions, achieving daily goals, and maintaining Kohl’s service and merchandising standards

Qualifications

Experience supervising teams or associates including coaching to achieve daily goals.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
Coach and train associates on point of sale and customer service standards per company guidelines.
Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools; uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition processes.
Oversee daily cash-related processes (register and cash balancing, change orders, voided transactions, etc.).
