Job summary

Michaels in Everett, WA is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising to maintain a well-stocked store.

You will participate in omni-channel programs like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), while upholding safety and SOPs. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain compliance with laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in a respectful manner; promote the organization’s vision and values; be a role model; cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
