Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for the Bellevue, WA store to deliver friendly customer service and smooth checkout experiences. You will assist customers, unload trucks, stock merchandise, and support store recovery to keep the shopping floor well-merchandised and in-stock.

The role involves assisting with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, cross-training in framing services, and contributing to shrink and safety programs. SOPs and company policies apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Lifting and stocking duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and assist with enrollments.
• Assist with omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and complete returns/go-back processing.
