Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Burlington, WA seeks a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store well-organized and in-stock. Responsibilities include aiding customers, educating them about rewards programs, handling returns, and supporting omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS, with nights/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and private label credit cards enrollment.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and store recovery tasks.
• Maintain stock and merchandising through truck unloads and planograms.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
