Job summary

Michaels in Everett, MA is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. Roles include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive, in-stock merchandise across the store.

Team members will educate customers on rewards, enroll in credit programs, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You may cross-train in Custom Framing while supporting safety and SOP compliance throughout

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, help them locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support Omni Channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) maintenance.
• Maintain store recovery, stock in-store, and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Perform in stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
