Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and by email with warmth and professionalism.
• Process sales orders and ensure documentation approvals are complete.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and support credit applications.
• Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with management guidance.
• Assist with audits, inventory, and reporting as required.
