Job summary

Kimbrell’s Furniture seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, supporting sales and service efforts. You will build customer relationships, guide buyers through the purchasing journey, and ensure seamless engagement from first contact through ongoing account support.

You will partner with the store team to drive business, enhance satisfaction, and sustain a high-performing retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Sales-minded with a willingness to learn financial transactions and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer experiences across interactions.
• Support sales activities and drive revenue growth with store team.
• Assist with financing options, credit applications, and processing.
• Maintain accurate records and protect customer information per policies.
• Support daily store operations and use of POS systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
