Kimbrell’s Furniture seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, support sales efforts, and manage ongoing customer relationships. You will guide customers through the purchasing journey and collaborate with the store team to drive performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn financial transaction basics in a fast-paced retail setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent education/experience will be considered.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Sales-minded with a passion for helping customers and building loyalty.

• Provide a welcoming, professional, and engaging customer experience across all interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, including follow-up and ongoing communication.
• Partner with sales associates to support sales activities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct customer outreach, follow-ups, and assist with promotions, events, and business development efforts.
• Assist customers with financing options, credit applications, and transaction processing while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain and support customer accounts by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Process payments, maintain records, and protect customer information per company policies.
• Support daily store operations, including administrative tasks and POS usage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store performance and positive work environment.
