• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising, product knowledge, and tools; follow Kohl's brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes, including register balancing and voided transactions.
