Job summary

S&G Stores in Toledo, OH is seeking a Store Lead to directly support the store manager, helping the store run smoothly, serve customers, and ensure compliance with all laws and company policies. This role requires retail and customer service experience, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lb, standing through shifts, and flexibility to work weekends,

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/Greet all customers that come into the store.
• Ensure that all company policies are being followed.
• Promote and maintain a clean and organized store appearance inside and out.
• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out-of-date products.
• Monitor store activities to ensure that transactions are taking place in the proper manner.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees.
