Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly checkout experience and assist customers with locating products and solutions.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution to keep a well-merchandised store.
• Support Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in merchandise recovery, stockroom maintenance, and safety/shrink programs.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
