Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for our Duluth, MN store. You will assist customers, handle checkout with accuracy, and participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandising tasks to keep the floor well stocked and inviting.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, guiding Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and upholding SOPs while delivering friendly, helpful service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout; cash handling to standards
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Truck unload, stocking and planogram duties
• Merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay in-stock
• Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; maintain professional conduct
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
