Job summary

Michaels Maple Grove is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Team Member to help customers shop, locate products, and complete fast, accurate checkouts in our Maple Grove store. You will support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes, participate in truck unloads and shelving, and ensure in-stock conditions with efficient merchandise recovery.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. The role emphasizes customer engagement, program enrollments, adherence to SOPs, and safety

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay well-merchandised and in-stock.
