Job summary

Michaels Fargo, ND is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while unloading trucks and stocking merchandise.

You will participate in BOPIS/SFS, maintain planograms, support store recovery, and follow SOPs while upholding our Brand Promises. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to learn and participate in omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and returns process.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
