Job summary

Michaels Store in Baxter, MN is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to help customers find products, checkout efficiently, and participate in truck unloading, stocking and maintaining in-stock merchandise. You will promote the rewards program and assist with VOC surveys.

Responsibilities include omni-channel support (BOPIS/SFS), adherence to SOPs, store recovery, and safety programs. Prior retail experience is preferred for this role at a nationwide craft retailer.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandised stock; manage returns/go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact professionally.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
