Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store associate to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in the Roseville, CA area.

You will help customers locate products, process transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs like BOPIS and SFS while maintaining a well-merchandised store. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, execution of planograms, and adherence to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers in-store.
• Complete fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep products in stock.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store.
• Contribute to store recovery, returns, and general housekeeping to maintain a well-merchandised environment.
