Michaels in Roseville is seeking a Store Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and omni-channel processes to support a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and participating in safety programs while delivering excellent customer service and working with team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; manage returns.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers; be a positive brand ambassador.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
