Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Roseville, MN to build customer relationships and provide memorable framing solutions. You will help customers shop, maintain a well-merchandised in-stock store, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Key duties include processing framing orders on time, delivering sales targets, operating the cash register, stocking, and supporting Omni channel processes while following SOPs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws.
• Embrace and execute personal designer using Elevated ABC Deliver to build customer relationships.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully with others and model the company values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, locate products and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
