Job summary

Michaels in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to greet shoppers, help find products, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experience. You’ll participate in stocking, returns, and omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS/SFS while upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Must be 16 or older, legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating products and solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers as needed.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Ensure in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery per SOPs.
• Participate in store safety and shrink programs.
• Follow company policies and maintain positive, respectful interactions.
