Job summary

Michaels is seeking an engaged team member to assist customers in Flagstaff, AZ. You will help shoppers locate products, provide fast checkout, and enroll customers in the Rewards program. The role includes stocking, unload tasks, and ensuring a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long hours and move around the store.
• 16 years of age or older for U.S. applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support safety programs.
