Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions on the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
