Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties. You will help create a clean, welcoming shopping environment and assist customers with a friendly, can-do attitude.

This role provides cross-training for cash register operations and front-end tasks, emphasizing teamwork, integrity, and reliable cash handling. Part-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the Dollar Tree network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store and bathrooms.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
