Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring a positive, safe atmosphere while interacting professionally with customers and colleagues. Experience in retail or service is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cash register.

Responsibilities
