Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a courteous Customer Service Associate II to help manage daily store operations, assist customers, and support front-end duties as needed. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming store and cross-train across merchandising, stock, and checkout tasks.

The role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and adherence to safety and loss-prevention procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and waste areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by store leadership.
