Ashley Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the store's first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and supporting store operations. You will assist with sales orders, account management, and cash handling while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborative teamwork across departments.

The role includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic system transactions.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers at the front desk and provide warm, professional service.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure proper approvals.
• Manage customer accounts and financing arrangements.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions under supervision.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.
