Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. (old) is hiring for roles that greet customers and run the storage buy pickup workflow. You will guide customers, verify identities, collect information, and process pickups via the POS system, all while maintaining safety standards and stock accuracy.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy orders.
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting.
• Be an expert in all product knowledge and assist customers with questions and selections.
• Clean and stock products according to Floor & Décor’s brand standards.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core roles.
