Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking staff for both full-time and part-time roles to greet customers and manage the customer storage pick-up process.

The role requires knowledge of the car topper program, accurate identity verification, and delivering orders through the POS system. Applicants should have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding Floor & Decor’s safety and brand

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process via the car topper program.
• Follow the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of pickup persons to ensure authorization.
• Collect required customer information for all pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist with questions.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Decor brand standards.
• Act in line with company core roles.
