Job summary

Michaels StoresVEGAS-HENDERSON, NV is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, run a fast checkout, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and well merchandised.

You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards, support BOPIS/SFS, and participate in truck unloads and planograms. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store and assist with returns.
